About M.W. (Matt) Bloom
Finding inspiration from pivotal events in his life, Matt started CRIMEWATCH Magazine in 2009 as a community publication designed to increase awareness around human services, children’s advocacy, crime and criminals. After years working with law enforcement on fugitive efforts, distributing information to the public and organizing criminal data; Matt realized the need for a public engagement platform designed for police. The CRIMEWATCH Network went live in July of 2013 and is gaining traction throughout Pennsylvania with 24 active police departments. CRIMEWATCH Technologies Inc., is a Ben Franklin Technology Partnership portfolio company and was recognized by the Founder’s Showcase as one of the most innovative early stage emerging technologies in the world. Matt holds a BS in Marketing and lives in Adams County, PA with his Fiancée and their six children.
