About Joe Murin
Mr. Joseph J. Murin, also known as Joe, Co-founded The Collingwood Group, LLC in 2009 and served as its Chairman of the Board. Mr. Murin has over 37 years of experience in the mortgage and banking industries. He served as President & Chief Operating Officer of Basis100, Inc., since December 2001 and Chief Executive Officer from December 2002. He served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Lender’s Service, Inc. Mr. Murin served as President of the Government National Mortgage Association (Ginnie Mae) from July 2008 to August 13, 2009. Prior to this, he served as Managing Partner and Managing Director of the Mortgage Settlement Network. He also served as President of Century Mortgage Company. He serves as Chairman of Chrysalis Holdings, LLC. He served as Vice Chairman of The Collingwood Group, LLC. He has been a Director of Cherry Hill Mortgage Investment Corporation since October 9, 2013. He serves as a Director of Medallion Analytics Software Corp. He served as a Director of iGate Corporation from August 27, 2009 to April 11, 2013. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of Point Park University. He served as a Director of Basis100, Inc. until February 2004. Mr. Murin received Bachelor’s in Business Degree from National-Louis University.
